Description:

Passenger getting out of a cab. Cab was parked in northbound Sherbourne, with bike lane on its right. Passenger got out on right hand side and I drove straight into the door. Shaken, but otherwise ok. Cab was not legally stopped. Passenger was apologetic and offered to share information, which we did. Driver blamed passenger for asking to be let out in middle of road.
