Description:

I got struck by the door of a moving truck parked on University at Richmond. My cheekbone was shattered by the impact, my jawbone dislocated, I sprained my left wrist, sustained a concussion, a deep laceration on my right cheek, and several other abrasions. The driver of the vehicle stood in shock and watched as I crawled out of the line of traffic, dragging my bike. He then gave me a ride to the ER, where I was told that I would need facial reconstructive surgery. I have now paid over $400.00 in medical bills. Rough day.
