Description:

Collided with driver's door, going west on Hallam. I didn't fall; bike and myself appeared to be fine, and I left without taking any of the driver's information. There were a handful of witnesses who offered help and I did not get any of their names. I realized the next day that my chest was injured. My bike also required a new fork.
