Description:

Cyclist with lights and reflectors traveling in a shared bike and car lane. Driver of parked car opened door and cyclist fell off bike into traffic. Cyclist suffered scrapes and bruises, sore shoulder and back pain. Driver more concerned about vehicle and offered to buy cyclist ice cream. Cyclist declined as feeling nauseous and shaken up after incident. Driver did not offer an apology.
