Description:

Occupant, male stocky build mid-60s grey hair beard wearing ballcap, opened driver-side door of parked car into me (cyclist) and bottom bracket zone of bicycle as I was traveling westbound in right lane at moderate speed. Door contact caused bleeding abrasion on my right elbow; went down immediately torso leftside onto pavement, shoulder-arm-hip-leg contact only: calf abrasion, knee tendon minor strain.
