Description:

Cycling along King, thankfully no cars or streetcar behind me, when the door of a car parked right outside the King Edward Hotel opened into me. Fell into the streetcar tracks. Driver who had opened the door disappeared into the hotel- found out from the doorman who rushed over to help that he was the hotel manager. The force had jarred his door open and it wouldn't shut but he still made himself scarce rather than checking I was ok. I was in shock, but no injuries more than a little bruising and scraped legs. Could have been a hell of a lot worse.
