Description:

Taxi on residential street. Passenger door was opened on the street side instead of the sidewalk side. A van was approaching on the opposite direction therefore could not swerve. Was hit mid-swerve on the right side of the bicycle. Fell and landed on Right forearm. Bruising, road rash, puncture on elbow and wrist sprain.
